2025 NFL Free Agency, Live Updates: NFC West

The NFC West‘s 2025 offseason/free agency period started off with the news that one of the 49ers staples was on the move. Seattle proved it would stay aggressive in its pursuit of a championship by hitting the reset button at quarterback. Along the way, they released a host of veterans.

Last year, the Rams were intent on shoring up the interior of its offensive line. They got rid of one of those additions after just one season. However, they secured the edges by re-signing one of the league’s most underrated offensive tackles.
