Former Buffalo Bulls standout and 2013 MAC Defensive Player of the Year Khalil Mack has earned five Pro Bowl berths and three All-Pro selections during his six years in the NFL. Mack was named the NFL's Defensive Player of the Year in 2016.

During his four-year run for the Bulls, he accumulated 327 tackles, 28.5 quarterback sacks, 75 tackles for losses, three interceptions (128 yards, 2 TDs), three fumble recoveries and 16 forced fumbles (NCAA all-time record).
