Sigle meets expectations in Big 12 | 2025 NFL Draft film review

Former Kansas State defensive back Marques Sigle led the Wildcats with three interceptions (one TD) in 2024.
Former Kansas State safety Marques Sigle began his career at North Dakota State. He was a solid player for the Bison, even earning valuable snaps at the cornerback spot. One of his standout performances from the 2022 campaign came against South Dakota State in the Fargodome. In that contest, he beat Tampa Bay Buccaneers tackle Garret Greenfield for a quarterback sack (forced fumble).
Under the guidance of Wildcats DC Joe Klanderman and Kansas State defensive pass game coordinator Van Malone, Sigle developed into a versatile defensive back. He was frequently used to walk down over slot receivers and played off the hash marks at the safety spot. During the 2025 East-West Shrine Bowl (and practices), he used savvy techniques in both spots.
Sigle’s explosiveness shined during workouts at the 2025 NFL Combine. He finished first among safeties in the 40-yard dash (4.37 seconds), second in the broad jump (10’10”) and fourth in the vertical jump (38″).
We analyze Sigle’s best attributes in our video breakdown.
