Detroit Lions defensive tackle Alim McNeill hits Tampa Bay's Baker Mayfield

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers rewarded Baker Mayfield's toughness to the tune of a new three-year contract extension.

The NFC South’s offseason/free agency period began with Baker Mayfield getting an opportunity to stay down South. The Atlanta Falcons picked up a franchise quarterback coming off of perhaps his best season prior to injury. The Saints have been scrambling to clear up cap room just to get in on the action. Quietly, the Panthers may have picked up one of the most underrated offensive lineman in the league.
