2024 NFL Free Agency, Live Updates: AFC South

5 min read

Former Broncos OC Lloyd Cushenberry started 17 games in 2023 and 57 in four years with the team.

The AFC South’s free agency/offseason period started with the new-look Titans getting very offensive. Not only did they go after and sign a starting center, they added a potential starter to run the ball behind him. After agreeing to terms with former Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan, the Titans are going full-throttle into offensive mode. But they didn’t leave defense off the table with the trade for Kansas City Chiefs lockdown cornerback L’Jarius Sneed.

How aggressive would the Jaguars be in free agency? If the first day is any indication then the answer is very much so. The Texans made a number of moves to improve its team depth, particularly on the back end of the defense. Please come back day-to-day as we provide live updates on each of your favorite teams.
